AL: I personally have my cute blonde yoga instructor visit the studio once a week. This warm-up was designed for SELF by L.A.-based trainer, Lita Lewis. I tried other cross-training cardio, but nothing can replace running. To tone down the warmth in my hair, especially after some blonde balayage, I use a purple. My workout usually consists of 30 minutes of high-intensity cardio intervals.
